Prof. Farley and The Center for Infectious Disease and Nursing Innovation (CIDNI) in collaboration with Prof. Ndjeka with University of Capetown (UCT) and Prof. Evans from University of Witwatersrand (WITS) have been awarded an R01. The BringBPAL2Me Trial is a cluster randomized, non-inferiority trial comparing nurse-led primary care treatment to physician-led hospital outpatient treatment for RR-TB. The trial will be conducted in the Eastern Cape and KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.
