Dr. Alexander is a renowned expert in sexual health disparities through the scope of social justice and health equity. Through her over 10-year career, Dr. Alexander has applied her public health practice to understanding sexual decisions, gender roles, and mitigation of partner violence. She has received funding from multiple research institutions to push the boundaries of knowledge to promote safe relationships locally and globally. Currently, Dr. Alexander serves as Associate Director of the PhD and Postdoctoral programs.
