The Kansas Department of Health and Environment spokesperson was interviewed and stated “this outbreak is still ongoing, which means that there could be more cases.”
The article also mentions that so far in 2025, the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services has diagnosed 87 cases of tuberculosis.
